D1国际创意空间项目前身为上海市果品有限公司龙华冷库。
2007年,经上海市徐汇区经济委员会正式批准,由上海谊中投资管理有限公司在龙华冷库原址上建设“D1国际创意空间”创意产业园。
The predecessor of D1 international creative space is Longhua Cold Storage of Shanghai Fruit Co., Ltd..
2007, formally authorized by the Economic Commission of Xuhui District of Shanghai, Shanghai Yizhong Investment Management Co., Ltd. started to build creative industry park named “D1 international creative space” at the former address of Longhua Cold Storage.

合同两年一签。
